Dieselbones Deviled Eggs

Spice up the classic with a healthy dose of Dieselbones!

Ingredients

6 large eggs

2 tbsp Dieselbones

2 tbsp mayonnaise

½ tsp salt

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced

Instructions

  1. Rinse eggs under warm water, and place in a small saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then turn off. Cover and let them sit for 10-12 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, then peel. Cool in fridge for 10 minutes. 

  2. Halve eggs lengthwise, gently scoop yolks into a small Ziploc bag. Zip tight, and mush the yolks with your hands. Add mayonnaise, Dieselbones, salt and pepper. Mash well.  

  3. Snip the end of the bag with scissors, and squeeze a small amount of the yolk mixture into each egg half. Top with diced jalapeno.
