Loca Lola is primarily a chipotle and lemon sauce. A fairly mild sauce, it's complex and deep with guajillo, arbol, and New Mexico chiles as well as roasted garlic and toasted onion. The rich flavor goes well on breakfast foods, tacos, barbecue, and chicken wings!
